God still talks...

Di's account - GOD Spoke about 3 people yesterday to me. Two of them I dont even know very much.
Here are the details:  One of them he called "Sweet smelling Fragrance", Another he called "Rock of his faith" and to Other he said "I am waiting for you to call." I am amazed and humbled by his love for us. I am sure there a lot of Miracles in order for all those THREE of them. GOD BLESS!

Note: This experience is new to me, beyond my comprehension and I do not want to rationalize coz I know its divine intervention. Let us hold hands spiritually and pray to the ONLY GOD of heaven and earth. Amen!

Worship,..Singing...Praises

Di's account:
This weekend church was a jolter for me. It was about "Turning Problems in Praises". Praises how,...by singing i.e. Worship.

Past 1 yr or more I have been going to church 15 mins or 20 mins late and have been missing "Worship". The Only time we open our mouth, heart widely and loudly to rise our voice with praises. But I have been missing something. I tell myself, I am not missing sermon. God knows how much I love and adore I know in my heart thats not right coz I dearly love the worship. I cry, I hail, I dance, I clap and rejoice the love.

I know I will have 1001 reasons for not being there on time to Church, but I have ONLY one reason to be there on time, Christ himself.

ACT16:19-34 was quoted in the sermon. It talked about Paul and Silas singing from their prison cell and how it broken open the prison doors for them and ALSO the prison doors to OTHERS who "listened" for those who JUST LISTENED. Such is the power of praises..in songs. It is important to you and important to the NON-BELIEVERS as well.

Yes,...PSALM is a book of Songs. Thank you Jesus for the nice sermon this weekend. I will sing praises, I will be on time to church to worship you. I might sing out of tune, but I will tune myself to the holyspirit and your will. If you had been like me,..please heed to what David, Paul and others have to say about singing praises.

Come, join me and Sing Praises to GOD, for the scriptures say

Psalm 40:3
He put a new song in my mouth,
a hymn of praise to our God.

Psalm 95:1-2
1 Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before him with thanksgiving
and extol him with music and song.

Isaiah 52:9
Burst into songs of joy together,

Ephesians 5:19
Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,

God Of Restoration - By Yamini

God not only sees our tears , but he records them  and wipes them away .

Hagar cried over her child that was about to die . The widow at Nain cried over her son that was dead . Mary Magdalene cried over the loss of the dead body of her beloved savior . All these three women had their tears wiped by our Savior. Hagar’s son lived to be the father of a nation; Widow at Nain got her son back; Mary Magdalene saw the resurrected Lord.

You may be crying over a situation or person or relationship that is about to die like Hagar. Or it is already dead like the widow or it is dead and even buried like Mary. God will wipe your tears and bring to life the dead situation, if your prayer is in God’s will.

When God restores, the restored situation or person or relationship is far better than before restoration. When Jesus created wine out of water that was the choice wine according to the Master of the Banquet . The original wine was cheaper. When God healed Naaman’s leprosy his skin was restored to that of a child and not to that of an adult . The skin of a child is so smooth! The glory of the latter temple was better than the former one.

Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy .
Promise: ‘This is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you’. 2 Kings 20:5

What the world wants from you,..a follower, a believer, a child of Christ?

Di's account - I heard someone say y'day. You read Bible and yet you are like this...That someone is my husband while discussing on a matter so trivial. A person who is agnostic (which means he will eventually find god in all his glory) and his expectation of a believer of Christ made me wonder so much.

Here is the point...The world wants you Christ like. Its a privilege to serve Christ. It is ...a blessing to be forgiven. It is a miracle to have his grace and mercy to follow. It is a GREAT RESPONSIBILITY to be called as a child of christ. Christ has set the standard. Every step we take needs more attention and care. There are souls who are waiting to turn to God. We can define that.

 O.k. About my story, I was bit shocked at his comment. I tried to hide my feelings. Then I confessed and asked for God's forgiveness and then apologized to my husband "I am sorry. I will do better next time".

Good shepherd, please lead this ignorant sheep so we bring glory to your name! Amen!

Miracle from our friend - Sivashankar Ramamoorthy

Miracle from our friend - Sivashankar Ramamoorthy
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Miracles of Jesus (08.07.2012) :-
My son Santhosh had a abnormal high cylindrical eye power of Left eye 2.25 and Right eye 2.25 and was wearing a thick and heavy specs as on 13/07/2011. We were praying regularly in our daily prayers for his eyes.
We went for the yearly eye check up for him on last week 08/07/2012 and to the surprise of all of us (including the optical shop staffs) my son's eye power was drastically and magically reduced to Right 1.25 and Left 0.50 .He is posing a thin glass now and is comfortable with it. With Faith in God any thing is possible.
Glory to Jesus !!
My Story - Jenni's account
~My Story - Jenni's account~
***********************
Hmm.. I do not have a dramatic event about how God touched me but a gentle love story of hope the Lord never let me go anywhere. Even though born in a Christian family growing up days reminds me was more on the boring Sunday churches that I hardly paid attention and my mind was lingering at home as I was missing the only movie on TV Sunday eveni...ngs. I can still recall it was a long walk to church and back and all my energy would be
geared towards getting back home quickly. All my schooling was in convents and that made me want to become a nun during high school days. I remember how much of pep talks I used to get trying to get me away from one of the career path I choose for myself :)
Now I just look back and wonder at my thought process during that time. It was during college, as my aunt became a born again Christian, she took the whole family a step closer to the Lord. I still recall and glad I did of the times Pastor Paul Moses sat and spoke to me about how compassionate the Lord is to us.
But still there were certain decisions I made in my Life which took me further away from the Lord but he made sure I come back to him and I am glad I have the Lord who is compassionate and never leaves you or forsakes you. As the promise in Psalms 23; "His rod and staff comforts me."
Obeying God - Some Thoughts
Obeying God - Di's account
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We know what GOD want us do. Yet we doubt, we stumble, we just dont get it. Until it hit us hard that it is GOOD to follow god's plan. If you wonder in worldly terms your justification seems just right for not taking the plunge like - Fear of Unknown, Fear of Failure, Doubts etc. This is what we have to remember such times of confusion, unless we show GOD we obey, he cant trust us to bless more. You will eventually obey. But there is a strain in the relationship between you and god when you did not respond to him at his first call. Just like how it happens between a child and a mom. - Gist of the sermon at my Church last Sunday. An Eye opener.
