Yes, I am a Fool in Christ ! or Am I Wise in World?

I am called a fool. An odd man(woman) out. I am with high ground intellectuals. I am questioned for matters I do not know.

I am a fool!

I am surrounded by rationalists. Figures and stats make sense. Projections and forecasts reap them rewards. I am seen ignorant

I am a fool!

I am asked to explain the magnificance of his majesty's works. Mainly his flaws. I am ridiculed. Thats fine.

I am a fool!

I am with this world. The world who would mock behind my back. Would use his love in my heart. Would use up the trust. I am told its all my mistake

I am a fool!

When the dark clouds loom. They curse the weather. While I thank him for the rain and for the following sunshine. I am called insensible

I am a fool!

In the time of incertitude, Google and webMD becomes more reliant. I flip thru the pages of his word for Promises. I speak hope in his trust. I am snobbishly told...

I am a fool!

Breaking the rules, crossing the lines and testing the limits are fashion and style.I am told I dont have it. Obedience is the start of wisdom says the word and I try hard to keep it. I am an outcast now coz

I am a fool!

Strategy and tactics cant show my future. Psalm and Prayers reveals eternal hope. Again, I am reminded

I am a fool!

I cant describe the greatness of his love, his works or his mercies. But I am fool enough to understand HE is Alpha and Omega. If there is a wisdom that can take that away. Then, So be it

I am a fool!

Dear GOD,
If there is any wisdom that can separate your love from me, my relationship with you, your mercies for me. I declare now I DO NOT want that. You are my Dad and I am your child. I love you forever.

Worthy Vessel! - For New Year 2013 & Always

As we prepare to welcome the New Year, I spill some of my thoughts here that overflow my heart even whilst I am busy with my house hold chores.

The other day, I was doing dishes and scrubbing hard to get rid of the milk & Tea remnants. It is always hard. So I let it soak and keep that as a last dish to be washed. I put all my strength when I scrub it. I think of that shiny stainless steel while I scrub it to feel motivated. Then it struck me. Struck me real hard! I am like this vessel as I gather stains and dirt with my daily busy life that I might lose my dignity to hold the lord’s blessings and I realize I need a good scrubbing.

Isn’t that true, the vessel with dirt or decay can hold the Milk or anything edible good ONLY for a bit. That vessel can’t be of use for TIME. The dirt in the vessel would ruin the food gathered in it. Someone can still use that food or eat from that vessel during that goodness time period. Little we understand that fact and we get distracted to start accumulating more dirt until we become a vessel that can hold the blessing good even for a bit.

Such is the case when this vessel – You and I, can only hold the blessings of the lord GOOD as long we are GOOD. The moment we start losing our purity or the worthiness, the blessings showered on us, gathered in us would start go stale.

BTW, did I say the Al Mighty would keep stop blessing us? Yep. He is the Alpha and Omega,…the Compassionate,…the Eternal father. He loves us and blesses us ALWAYS. Don’t we say GOD is good ALWAYS! Yet, it is with us remains that responsibility to decide the magnificence of his blessings on us. Our obsession to be obedient to his words, our humility to serve others, our desire to follow and lead like he guides would exponentially increase or decrease the blessings bestowed upon us.

In 2 Timothy 2:20-22
In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purposes and some for common use. Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart
.

Friends, We cannot do this on our own strength, join me and let us pray to LORD – the maker of heaven and earth, to Jesus Christ – Our Savior, the Rose of Sharon to make us a worthy vessel.

Dear GOD, our Heavenly Father, Lord of lights,
Please give us wisdom and strength to be that Vessel worthy of your blessings to multiply and use them for your glory this New Year and years to come.

With every dawn we know we are one step closer to see our Savior the lover of our soul face to face. Thank you LORD for your favors in order for us, this New year and beyond.

In mighty name of Jesus we pray
Amen!
~~ * HAPPY & BLESSED NEW YEAR, EVERY ONE! *~~

Merry Christmas!

Message is clear - Battle is over! We have won! Our King reigns!

Once upon a time, a mighty KING went for a war with an obnoxious enemy 2000 miles away from his kingdom. This 2000 miles span across the darkest steep valleys, dangerous cliff filled high mountains, a deadly rough terrain and a vast desert.

The KING went alone for the battle, for his people, for his kingdom and he WON the enemies in all his glory.

The victory news reaches the citizens. They are filled with peace and happiness that their King has won the battle, they rejoice his victory, and they receive comfort the ALL IS WELL.

But the official(s) of the enemies are still around - Evil Official(s) those who were previously in charge of the kingdom. They are frightened. They are worried hearing the news. They have lost. They do not want to leave the mighty nation built by King’s love and grace. They put a show. They conjure a plan to trick the original, actual, legal, powerful inhabitants of the nation.

They proclaim the news is all false. They confuse people…they take away their wealth, health and all that belong to the citizens. They succumb to the Enemies’ lies.

Citizens are now worried and perplexed as they wait for the King. They just wait [for] of the King to come back and act. They are too timid and weak. They succumb to the Enemies’ lies. What they do NOT do is that they have a power that they can exercise.

They do not completely understand the power of the message they have received, the power of the inheritance they have received from their King, as a citizen.

Enemy gains power and control thru the citizen’s disbelief and doubts.  As he gains that, he open up the Pandora box of desires & worldly pleasures the root of all evils, the sickness leading multitudes of sin and curses.

Enemy thinks the KING is anyway 2000 miles away, he can do anything to King’s people as long as he keeps the Citizens blind, deaf and mute of the truth, the victory.

This world is that KINGDOM which the KING of KINGS, JESUS won the battle at Calvary 2000 years ago.  The battle against every possible sin against us,…the temptation,..the Satan.

OPEN your eyes the citizens of Mighty King. OPEN!  Battle is over,..the WAR is won,..! JESUS has won,.. We have won!
Matthew 9:27-28(NASB)
Then He touched their eyes, saying, “It shall be done to you according to your faith.”
And their eyes were opened.

VICTORY is bought by Christ…The Savior,…the holiest of the holiest,…the mightiest of the mightiest for our Sins, Curses, Sickness, Poverty, Debts, Losses and he has restored everything back . OPEN your eyes and rebuke the enemies and drive him to his den of dark caves with burning sulphur cascades and river. CLAIM all yours in Christ the LORD OF LORDS, KING OF KINGS!

GOD is good and righteous. His mercies are all over every living things. The lord is gracious and merciful. Slow to anger and great in compassion. Hallelujah! Let our eyes be opened to LORD alone. GOD BLESS!

The Lord Delights in you

Faith - The Truth about it

PRAISE THE LORD!

Lords speaks to us every day,. Every moment. Only if we give right attention and right heart I know we can understand his great truths and wisdom for us to lead this worldly life.

When situation around us are far from the blessings listed in Bible for Believers, followers, lovers, Fans of Christ. We are often baffled, discouraged. We question our faith and condemn us.

The TRUTH of matter is we do not realize we are looking at the fear of our heart as a reality around us.

Are we hallucinating?

Kind of. We are trance of belief and unbelief. We are swinging between the two worlds. World of Fear and Truth. Hence the confusion and questions.

How?

One may argue I have faith, I am a believer. I believe Christ alone.

Yes. You have Faith. Faith to have a future, those tremendous faiths brings great blessings. But, not now. In future.

Why in future? Why not now?

The faith you have put aside for the future is the great faith. Faith in imagination is greater than what we exercise.  Root of the faith (in our imagination or what we aspire) should be Jesus Christ. In reality, the foundation of that faith is mostly our human strength and brain knowingly or unknowingly.

Let us see it:

We read the passage how Peter walked on the water. Now that we know Peter walked on water. If we have enough faith, we can walk on the water. Right?

Can you today step, Not into the surface of the lake, or a river, or even a pool but just in bath tub and claim I have enough faith to walk on the water ?

Hmm…NO. You know why. We still think subconsciously we have certain power and authority over the things we do.

We do not let ourselves free and let GOD deals with the situations. We want to put our thoughts, ideas and comprehension. Then we couple it with the faith in GOD. This makes things worse for us. We have doubts.

We think about Law of Buoyancy, Archimedes principle…who knows our mind may be even imagining Archimedes running into the king’s court straight from the bath tub.

Hebrews 11:1 speak about the difference between faith and mental assent.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Faith is belief beyond the physical senses not based on circumstances (what we see, hear, feel, taste, or touch).  Mental assent says, yes, agreeing in the mind something is true, but the heart has not grasped it as true.

First few steps of Faith:

#1. Spiritual Desire - Know that you have actually willingness to walk on the water. A spiritual desire to step in the water.

#2. Divine Purpose – Know you have a purpose attached to it. Life on earth is a serious business. We are not here to fiddle around the faith. Faith to own a BMW is a big joke. You can’t test GOD with that. However remember that GOD wants you to have all the blessings. So, Rejoice in the lord and you will have the desires of your heart.

#3. GOD’s will – Know that you have Lord’s will and hand in it. This is the most important. GOD said YES to us to witness today’s dawn. Every breath we take is because GOD said YES to us. GOD’s will in every step of your faith is a must.

#4. Total Surrender – Complete surrender of your being, to the Lord. Conscious acceptance of that it’s thru him alone the world operates. Acknowledge that everything is in HIS control. Now, This is the hardest thing to do. This dates back to the Adam and Eve time when that guy tricked to eat that fruit. Bible says, Fruit opened the eyes of knowledge… Human Knowledge. You have to close those eyes and open your eyes of faith to GOD.

God has given every man the measure of faith (Rom. 12:3).

For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.

It is our choice to walk out what God has given us now and allow it to grow through the hearing of the Word.  (Rom. 10:17)

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

Once you realize and exercise that kind of faith in present (that you are dreaming/dreamt to have) is when you unleash the abundant blessings from above,…from GOD.

GOD BLESS!

THANKS GIVING TO GOD - Message by Yamini

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thess 5:18

As we celebrate thanksgiving with family and friends let us remember to thank God IN all circumstances. God does not expect us to thank Him FOR all circumstances but IN all circumstances. In the midst of sorrow, thank Him. In the midst of job loss thank Him. In the midst of financial loss thank Him. In the midst of sickness thank Him. The list goes on.

This is God’s will for us. He has revealed His will in black and white, and then why not we fulfill it. We spend hours trying to “figure” out God’s will when we do not do His revealed will.

Take a paper and write all answered prayers since Jan 2012. The many times He has comforted you. The many times He came through for you. The many times, he guided you through His word. How he washed you when you came back the 100th time committing the same sin! When we begin to write the Holy Spirit will bring all the things to our volatile memory.

One reason why we cannot thank God is lack of contentment.
Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. I Tim 6: 6-8
We have so much to be thankful for. When we thank God, the enemy is confused and we thwart his plans.

Faith...

Few weeks ago, I woke up to the sound of the word "Luke 7" from the sleep. Its like someone waking me up  calling out Luke 7:7. Me waiting for every little chance to update the blog :-) was over-thrilled that GOD is sending me messages.

Luke 7
New International Version (NIV)

The Faith of the Centurion
7 When Jesus had finished saying all this to the people who were listening, he entered Capernaum. 2 There a centurion’s servant, whom his master valued highly, was sick and about to die. 3 The centurion heard of Jesus and sent some elders of the Jews to him, asking him to come and heal his servant. 4 When they came to Jesus, they pleaded earnestly with him, “This man deserves to have you do this, 5 because he loves our nation and has built our synagogue.” 6 So Jesus went with them.
He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to him: “Lord, don’t trouble yourself, for I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. 7 That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to you. But say the word, and my servant will be healed.
NOT once, but many a times I have thought of this. Am I worthy to serve the holy of the holiest. Mighty BIG GOD maker of heaven and earth?
When I go to heaven, if there is a meeting with Jesus in an auditorium and if our deeds are the tickets. I would be in the least, last back row of the sanctuary... Hardly getting a glance of Christ.  I would be the one with row so closer to the wall. Knees down. Eagerly would be watching the podium for the Mightiest of the mightiest, lover of my soul, my savior to show up.
He would come up and would glance all of us. EYE to EYE and would acknowledge us. He would even call everyone of us by our name. I am sure of that. Very definite about that. And that confidence is re-emphasized thru this passage in Luke.

Luke the physician by profession would have been floored by Jesus's healing miracles. Luke chapter explain physical healing in that aspect for the only reason that Luke with all the acquired medical knowledge cannot comprehend the Jesus's method and nature of healing.

Remember Jesus is in human form and has the limitations of a human being. However, because he lead such a sinless and god fearing life, he had such great relationship with GOD Almighty, he had such great authority over everything on the earth. And he gave the authority to his disciples during his ministry that they performed similar miracles after his resurrection.
Luke 7 chapter - Emphasis the GOD's LOVE.
Christ's Compassion & HOPE .  - He is busy with his ministry. Yet he is not too busy to heal  the Centurion's servant. He keeps up the hope of the centurion by heeding to the request and walking towards his home.
Christ's recognitiom of LOVE - He readily accepts the humility shown by centurion and his attitude towards his servants. He recognizes it.
Christ's acknowledgement of FAITH - Christ acknowledges centurion's faith and he gives him as a witness to the crowd and fulfill his request.

Luke 7:9-10
When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to the crowd that was following him, he said, “I tell you, I haven’t seen faith like this in all Israel!” 10 And when the officer’s friends returned to his house, they found the slave completely healed.

Jesus is the SAME today.

Let us put Centurion kind of faith on Jesus and see Miracles unfold in our life!

All praise to GOD! Immaneul!

Rejoicing His Love - Di's Testimony

When I started this blog, I was so filled with God’s holy presence that I was excited and updating this blog like crazy. Then... I slipped into something in between, into an Oblivion, into a world of nothingness(is that a word?)

During that time, I was aimlessly browsing thru emails, Facebook, Online news papers and doing things. So restless. No focus. Morbid and annoyed.

Even then, like a full moon in the desert, I felt Christ glowing bright and shiny watching over me. That IS it! One more time I started to swing, giving myself a big push. I decided to stay steady. Prayed/Praying for the blog about it for more readers and contributors.

Within a week or two, I was thrilled when my dear Friend Jennifer wrote a post on "Fear". My Joy knew no bounds, when my sweet sister in Christ Yamini, sent me the list of God Fearing Man’s blessing carefully compiled by Aunty(her Mom).
My day is not complete, if I don’t talk about his Marvelous deeds to at least one person it could be a non – believer; a colleague; a believer in train; to my young child or to my god given sister Yamini.  Just as the Psalmist exclaim in Psalm 71:7-8 - How wonderful is to enlist the splendor of his mighty acts!!!

I am no Preacher, no Evangelist nor a Priest nor a Minister. I am just a mere human being, a simpleton saved by his Grace, stunned by his Mercy and rejoicing his Love!

Thanks for allowing me to share my Joy with you. All Praise to GOD!

All Is Well with him - 14
